What we are
trove. is a community noticeboard that connects buyers and suppliers of fresh local produce. We are not the seller, grower, inspector, delivery provider, or payment processor.
Supplier responsibility
By posting a listing, you confirm that you are responsible for the legality, safety, accuracy, storage, handling, labelling, transport, and sale of your products. You must comply with all relevant local, state and national food safety laws and regulations.
Accurate listings
- Listings must be truthful and not misleading.
- Photos and descriptions must accurately represent the listed item.
- No impersonation, fake identities, or deceptive behaviour.
Prohibited or restricted content
- No illegal products.
- No unsafe food listings.
- No misleading information.
- No fake or deceptive AI imagery used to misrepresent products.
- No spam, duplicate listings, harassment or offensive content.
Payments and transactions
Payments and pickup arrangements happen directly between buyer and supplier. trove. does not handle payments, refunds, or delivery guarantees.
Right to remove content
trove. may remove posts or accounts that are unsafe, misleading, illegal, fraudulent, spammy, or otherwise breach these rules. Repeated or serious breaches may result in suspension or removal of posting access.
Buyer common sense
Buyers should inspect items and use common sense before purchasing. trove. does not guarantee the quality, legality, or condition of items listed by users.
Seafood and higher-risk categories
Seafood is not currently open as a general category. Any future seafood listing program will be for licensed suppliers only.
